Student invite to the takeAIM conference 2026

We are excited to invite you to the 2026 takeAIM Conference, taking place on June 15th at the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh (RCPE).

This event is open to anyone interested in acute medicine, including medical students and resident doctors. It’s a fantastic opportunity to explore the specialty, network with Acute Physicians and demonstrate engagement and commitment to specialty.

Highlights of the day include:

• Talks about acute medicine from Acute Medicine Experts

• An applications workshop 

• Insight into specialist skills and career pathways

• Hands-on ultrasound experience

There is also an opportunity to submit an abstract of a case presentation or project relevant to acute medicine. Successful submissions will be displayed as a poster at the conference.
