Science in Health Public Lecture Series 2025/26 for Aspiring Medics

These lectures are specifically aimed at a non-academic audience and attract a public audience including many young people studying A-Levels and Further Education courses.

The lectures are held online via Teams webinar, on a Thursday evening and provide opportunities to ask questions of our guest speakers.

Our first lecture of the series, titled ‘A Microbial Horror Show – Devastating outbreaks of disease that shaped how we fight infections’ is being delivered by Professor Matthias Eberl on evening of 27^th November.
