The discussion will explore the testing of BHF’s new strategy through scenario planning, the establishment of an organisation-wide horizon scanning programme, and the integration of foresight into broader planning and decision-making processes. The speakers will also outline how these approaches are guiding thinking about the future of BHF Wales and its role in improving cardiovascular health for generations to come.
